How do I choose the right collar or harness size?

For a collar, measure around the base of the neck; for a harness, measure the chest at its widest point, just behind the front legs. Add two fingers of slack and check the size chart on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, go for the larger one.

You enter the text to engrave (your dog's name, your phone number) on the product page, before adding the item to your cart; it then appears in your cart and in your order confirmation. The engraving is deep, double-sided on the ID tag, and holds up well to everyday wear and tear.

Will the no-pull harness help with a dog that pulls hard?

That's exactly what it's designed for: the front ring on the chest gently turns your dog back towards you when they pull. Paired with a little training, it makes walks far more relaxed. It comes in sizes S to XL, for chest girths of 40 to 100 cm.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49.

Can I return an item if the size is wrong?

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page. You can try the item as you would in a shop; only a loss in value caused by excessive handling can be deducted. Exception: the collar and the ID tag engraved to your order cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, as stated on their product pages; check the size before confirming the engraving.
